What's Shakur done to prove he is elite?

Good question...who does Shakur need to defeat for anyone asking that question?

Power doesn't mean much if you can't land it. If he can, we'll get to see how Shakur reacts when his chin gets tested, because I'm not sure he's EVER gotten hit clean by anyone. His fight vision is possibly the best in the world. I think Tank Davis is the more likely to be able to provide that test than De Los Santos. Props to him if he can keep the fight anywhere close to even.
