Let's enjoy this exhibition for what it is (I'll be watching the highlights on youtube) & look forward to Fury Usyk undesputed For Christmas.

Something those 2 pretenders Aj & Wilder avoided all those years. Unforgivable.

Here is my thought: This fight was a done deal a while ago. The Saudis just did not want anything to be said because it would hurt the exhibition numbers. So I am sure Fury and Usyk knew about the December date which is why Usyk has already been training. This fight here will be a light sparring session and Fury will most likely KO Ngannou in 4-5 rounds. Just enough to get some work in and just enough so the fans get their money's worth.

He doesn't. This would be like Canelo moving up to fight Usyk. Fury is just too big. 6'9" 270 vs 6'3" 220 maybe 230? Fury is gonna make it an ugly fight...fight inside, on the ropes, lean and grab. If you think his fight with Wlad was boring, this will be on another level of boring.

How does Fury being on the offensive for 12 rounds equal a more boring fight than Fury being overly cautious against Wlad?

Because all Fury is going to do is lean and hold all night. Hold, throw hard body shots before the break, rinse and repeat. Do you think Fury is gonna try and just sit in the pocket and box him and not use his size and weight advantage? He's not going to let Usyk get into a Rhythm. This is not AJ sitting on the outside trying to box with him.

Yes, that would probably explain why Fury had to be told it is in December. It is not in contract, there is rather TBD written in it. Honestly I don't know how it works with contracts in boxing

Regular reminder that Fury is not 6'9"

Imagine being already 6'7" or over that and have the need to add 2 more inches (well, that is probably more common than I think )

The Saudis will pick the date, not Fury. Plus Usyk is signed to the Saudis, his pick will have some weight in the decision.

I believe we will see it late january, with AJ vs Joshua in the card.

Wilder is 6'7" and Fury is visibly a bit taller. Since I don't like ft+inches measurement, I will say it this way: Fury might not be 206 cm. (or maybe really is), but is above 201 (6'7"), so why not 203 or 204...
