What's your point? As I said, some parents raised morons thinking Cotto is an underdog in this fight. In comparison, the same happened with Trinidad and Hopkins when they fought when they put Tito as a favorite only to be totally schooled and outclassed.

Not saying the exact same happens here, but people will eventually realize, "Ok...I was raised as a moron.." as they hand me over their wages

Maybe because Pacman is supposely the #1 p4p fighter in the world. He destroyed Hatton and made Oscar looked like a bum. Cotto on the other hand had a very close fight with one of the toughest welters in his last fight, plus his "recent" loss to Plasterito.

Cuz Pacquiao is on a very big high right now after that crushing KO to Hatton and Demolishing De La Hoya....where as Cotto just came out of tough fight with Clottey...and took that beating before the easy Jennings fight..

Alot of people think Cotto is done..but i dont think so. Im 100% sure Cotto isnt near done.

i dont think cotto is shot or damaged either...i mean the man will fight welterweights that are on roids and some that use plaster on their wraps. then after he wins or takes the cheaters the distance then he mows over jennings and then im sorry but nobody looks good fighting a brick wall (clottey)..shot? or an underdog? hahaha...cotto fights real welters cheating or not...dont get me wrong i think pac is a helluva fighter but pac whos coming up in weight is favored? oh man after cotto wins i hope he stands on the ropes with his mouth wide open yelling "I SHOOK UP THE WORLD!!"

JCC is naturally bigger than Pernell and was P4P 1 when the fought.

Cotto is MUCH bigger yet is underdog

The point is people put so much emphasis on Floyd fighting an TRUE elite WW.
Yet the TRUE elite WW is underdog against a fighter smaller than Floyd

Back when the pressure was truly on Mayweather to fight Cotto. Around the time Cotto had beaten Mosley, Cotto was held in a higher regard. That was the Cotto fans believed Mayweather needed to fight. A lot of time has passed and his performances have dipped a bit in the eyes of many fans. Meanwhile Pacquiao is riding a serious wave of momentum on the heels of two big victories. If you can't see the reasons things have developed the way they have it's likely b/c you're blinded by your mission to defend Mayweather.
