Well he vacated more than the WBA, so it's obvious he doesn't give a **** anymore. Golovkin doesn't owe Lara anything after all the years he decided to stay at 154 and "call" him out from the comfort of the other side of the street, so to speak. Plus, I wouldn't be interested in seeing them fight in their current form anyway. The Lara/Garcia fight let's me know all I need to about how serious Erislandy is at this stage of his career.

This will be Lara’s exit from the sport, hopefully he isn’t on his bicycle for as long as this goes. Definitely not PPV worthy but Showtime didn’t want to flip the bill for these type of fights and it’s no wonder they are getting out of boxing.

I actually like Lara. I say side of the street because Golovkin had an exclusive deal with HBO and Lara was fighting at SHO at that point, so him being "vocal" about wanting the fight, was in vain because it was known a crossover fight had a smaller probability.

As a Danny Garcia fan whyyyyy...Lara is the type of fighter that would always seem all wrong for Garcia...they had to spar in the past and Danny kicked his ass otherwise I don't understand it... Danny weighed in at 150 soaking wet for his 154 debut now he supposed to face a middle weight killer.

Rooting for my boy...if swift wins, would love to see him vs ggg or canelo. Swift a slow but slippery fish who is hard to hit, very slick maybe his team trust that vs bigger slower guys and can flex that speed
