It seams that Pacman is in fact carrying and improving his power as he moves up, agreed on that, but Cotto's hand speed IMO is sometimes underrated also, If we look at the Mosley, Paulie and Judah's fight he was matching hand speed with these well know speed boxers. Not saying that he will match Pacman's speed, but i beleive Cotto will have enough speed to counter attack and impose his jab.
By the way i beleive tha Pacman will turn a little more "cautios" also once he feels Cotto's power.

This will be a great fight and both fighters will have a great chance however everything that has been said or predicted will be only confirmed or made look silly on Nov. 14.
