its a good call from the judge, it was a mistake, these things can happen when u have other stuff on your mind sometimes, i used to be harsher on this type of stuff in my mind, until i started doing stuff a bit like that, not guns of course but doing silly stuff, most people will file it away as lesson learnt, which is a good way to do it, now if u do it again people will start to look at it a bit different and start to get more irritated

Not that he would be the criminal type BUT, we have strict firearms licensing here in Great Britain which is why our gun crimes are significantly, astronomically lower than the “good ole USA”. In my mind, he was lucky the judge recognised his situation and acted appropriately. The penalty for carrying a gun here is 5 to 14 years if the weapon is unlicensed and in this country according to our laws, it wasn’t licensed.
      lucky man and brilliant trainer.

Money talks and bullspit walks. .. And another thing five weeks in a jail not prison Get real jail is where you go when awaiting trail and Prison is where you are sentenced to serve time. Dont give the fat man a record he did not serve jezzz He was held awaiting trail is all. Guy is not Don King now there is a guy who spent time in prison.
The laws in the UK are clear when it comes to guns, get caught and it IS a prison sentence.
Fortunately for Brian the Judge reviewed the evidence/circumstances and gave him a slap on the wrist.
He is a lucky man and I can confidently say that the UK posters on here were genuinely worried for him.

Nah, in America, it is an honest mistake.

It's no big deal to walk in the grocery store with your piece on you or go pick your kids up from school in a lot of places.

Y'all really underestimate how much a part of our culture guns are.

I guess he just has so many loaded guns lying around that there's just no telling where one might pop up.

I live in Chicago, getting on an international flight with a weapon is something else. Again, he's either ****** or he's BS'ing
