I don't think he will win, but Tim deserves his shot at Charlo. He's more than earned it. There's now no escaping this fight for Jermell. He's basically cornered. Tszyu has gained considerable sizzle over the past year while Charlo has lost considerable sizzle.

Yeah, Charlo fans still saying that Tim hasn't fought anyone, but what really blows my mind is that he fought Harrison, Ocampo and Mendoza all while being Charlos mandatory. Most of these PBC guys become mandatory and then just sit on it for two years.

I agree and it is refreshing to see.
It's not like Tim is fighting nobody's either. He is going after fighters that can legitimately take his mandotory position away.

Tim is the truth. If Charlo wants to wipe the stench of that Canelo non performance he has to face and beat Tim impressively. There is no getting around this. Either fight Tim or drop the belts and forever be remembered as the champ who avoided Tim. One thing is for sure Tim wants Charlo ....bad. Hope we get to see it.

Tim is not a Charlo mandatory. I say no way in hell the fight gets made. Tim is going to struggle to find match ups. Tim won't have the the same yr. in 24 that he had this yr. for that reason. I'd liked to have seen Tim vs Castano who disappeared because a Charlo fight is not happening.
