If he sucks then boxing or at least 154 is in a horrible state because by beating Gausha, Harrison and Mendo he earned hands down a spot in the top 3 of the division wich is supposed to make you elite not a sucker.

If a fighter who sucks can make his way so easely to the elite then boxing IS dead or maybe it's easy to be harsh behind a keyboard.

He will stop Tim, what do you think TC does to Mendoza, set him up and take him out, Tim didn't know how and was worried about being countered he doesn't have what it takes for a Crawford level guy.

Tim has improved a lot but the top liners are going to bring him down to earth on the seat of his pants.

Thought Tszyu was pretty average tonight, he was way sharper vs Harrison and Ocampo, Crawfish would give him a bath if he fought like he just did

Tim did well against a tricky hard puncher. Asking him to throw when Mendoza was throwing is a bit unfair not only because Mendoza's power but because of his quick hands.

Tim Tszyu is a very good fighter that has continued to progress throughout his career. He did well against Mendoza by picking his spots.
And clearly Tszyu isn't at the level of Crawford, and there's nothing wrong with that! Crawford is a marvel, probably an ATG, and he would easily counterpunch Tzsyu. He might be bothered a bit by his size and power for a few rounds tho, people are quickly forgetting how he did against Kavaliauskas and Benavidez. Styles makes fights. I think Charlo-Tszyu is a 50/50 fight where Charlo's low output might end up being a key factor, unless he's able to score some knockdowns.

Btw, it's mind-blowing to me how obviously casual fans put down boxers saying "they suck," "they're trash," etc., even when the boxer is clearly near the top of his division. The lack of respect for the sport is incredible. A true fan doesn't talk like that.

Tim had a solid performance against a game Brian Mendoza. Mendoza is no push over. The performance showed that Mendoza is a worthy contender and that Tim is a level above that. Tim staying active shows he’s hungry so right now he’s a dangerous man.

I wholeheartedly agree. Anyone who has never done it before has no idea the mental fortitude it takes to be a boxer and none of these guys are bombs, trash, or suck. If you disagree, watch the YouTube fight from last night (especially understanding that those guys have trained countless hours) and see the incredible distance in skill levels.

Mendoza came to win and they had clearly worked on a plan. Tszyu was patient enough to be cautious a few rounds and then adjust to what was in front of him.

Top liners, other than Crawford, who? He appears to be at least on Jermell and Errol level. Not necessarily beating them but certainly at that level.

Right to the point, exactly as I saw it.
