No trainer could do much with him as the natural ability and talent simply isn't there and I don't feel many if anyone would disagree especially after seeing last nights performance.

Any trainer in any sport can only do so much with what they're given.

Just because you have been doing something along time doesn't mean you're destined to be good. I think Tommy has simply found his lane here, he has found his level which is probably a notch above these Youtubers and they're closing that gap as they're probably, worryingly more gifted.

Tommy should absolutely forget about titles why even bother getting busted up and putting yourself through it when you can make tens of millions boxing Youtubers?

There is just so little to his game. So little that guys who aren't even particularly talented that have dabbled for a few years (not saying they haven't trained hard) are practically already near his level. There are amateurs all across the country that have been doing it a few years that would put a clinic on against these guys.

He judges range okay, alright jab when he remembers he has one though it has no variety & very good at tying up and smothering opponents. That's about all I see.
Apart from this he's uncoordinated, too top heavy, pushes his right hand and forgets his feet.
      A very basic headhunter.

His timing isn't great, he lacks ring I.Q, his perception isn't great. There is no real punch variety and his punch selection is awfully limited. Does he even know how to throw an uppercut or left hook? He is probably close to 200lbs and hits like a woman. Not a clue why he has named himself TNT he couldn't knock a vvank out!

Indeed, he's not very good but he still has plenty to work with to be much better at this kind of level.

I honestly think he has regressed since he started pro being trained by Hatton. Before all the love Island stuff happened. He used to have a pretty nice shot selection and timing, or at least better than it is now, regardless of opposition. Now he just rushes in with right hands and falls off balance.

He should work with Sugar Hill, surely he could? - Tommy has a good reach and jab when he uses it. Surely Sugar Hill could at least teach him how to use the jab effectively and deliver the right hand more effectively. That's all he would need to beat these guys easier.

Thing is John Fury loves this limelight he's getting now and his ego won't allow anyone to train Tommy.

Tyson is no fool, that's why he's never let his dad be his trainer. Even his dad's 2 brothers (Hughie before he died and then Peter) trained him but not his dad. Then he went to Davison, now Sugar Hill. He's done some work with the Ingles, Tibbs etc but never his old man really outside of his dad holding the pads.

        Pretty obvious why...
