WBC has created an obstacle by saying they won't sanction Bivol to fight for their title.
Who cares about the WBC, they can just fight for the WBA, WBO, and IBF. Whoever wins fans know who is the best in the Division. Once they sign the greedy WBC will remove the obstacle to get pay cut.

LOL hard to argue against this take.

He never caught my attention at 168 than I thought he had a nice lil 5-0 (5) run at 175 where he looked kind of fun to watch a few times, but his non-effort vs Bivol has turned me away from thinking he's going anywhere in the future unless he gets gifted a belt post-Bivol/Beterbiev.

Agreed. I'm tired of the ABC bodies being more a problem than a solution, and WBC is leading the pack.

Zurdo must be hitting some great Cali weed. No one wants to see a rematch of that fight. They'd both have to fight for free. He's got as much chance of beating Bivol as I do. None.

Bob Arum is also putting obstacle to it. He said Beterbiev won't face Bivol due to the Russian-Ukraine issue and also he said why would he collaborate with Dazn for the fight, it could also mean Bivol contract with Dazn might soon end then he will make the fight on condition Bivol sign with Top Rank just like he did Devin Haney

Poor Bivol. He thought that if he agreed to go to 168 for a rematch, Canelo would have the testicular fortitude to rematch him. Who passes on a chance to avenge a loss and handicap your opponent at the same time? Canelo, that’s who.

Bivol should have agreed to a rematch at 175.

Instead of sitting around not doing anything besides hitting his wife (allegedly.)

Canelo wasn’t going to fight Bivol again no matter what weight. He knows that unless some seriously crooked scorecards are involved (not out of the question), he can’t/won’t/didn’t beat Bivol. Canelo would rather fight guys from 2 and 3 weight classes below.

After Canelo moved to PBC, he said he had no business at 175. Yet you want us to believe that Canelo was willing to fight Bivol at 175. Not a ******** chance in hell.
