Comments Thread For: Zurdo Ramirez Wants To Run Things Back With Dmitry Bivol

Being undefeated made Gilberto "Zurdo" Ramirez feel as though he couldn't be beat. Wins over Sullivan Barrera and Jesse Hart reinforced those thoughts. But after grabbing a world title at 168 pounds and making a handful of defenses, Zurdo saw an opportunity at 175 pounds. Turns out, however, it was nothing more than a mirage.

Outpointing (and never hurting) a mildly shop worn and kinda rusty Joe Smith Jr (and that's no disrespect against Joe who I've always been a huge fan of) doesn't all of sudden equal anything other than getting your head boxed off a second time by Bivol... Better off shooting for a cruiserweight title which he probably has a decent chance of winning.

Every time he loses, he would just get bigger in the hopes that eventually his size alone would make him win. Wonder how big he would eventually get.

Probably never going to watch Zurdo fight again.

Nobody asked or wants this fight except sordo. That was his last big pay day.

And we didn't get our monies worth.

Bivol only begs Canelo for a rematch. Wounder why?

Bivol should only be trying to fight Beterbiev.
