    Marlon Tapales is committed to slay 'The Monster.' The two-division and reigning WBA/IBF junior featherweight titlist has locked into training while his team continues to finalize details for an undisputed showdown versus Naoya Inoue. The lineal championship and all four major belts in the 122-pound division will be on the line for their eventual clash which is targeted for late December in Tokyo.

                  Tapales only has one job...make this match more entertaining than the Inoue-Butler undisputed match.
                  It could be go for broke and full on challenge Inoue and get counter KOed early, or simply show guts to take on Inoue's rampage of attacks and get TKOed.

                  ...Just don't go running for 10+ rounds.

                              You got stopped by a Japanese guy that got schooled by TJ Doheny lol. Got a gift in your last fight & the opponent before that was 23-18. Just hand over the belts. Bob said Ramirez - Inoue in 2024 at featherweight, that's a nice fight - I heard Shakur say recently he was shocked how big Ramirez was in camp, they were at a similar weight.
