You have to factor in who he fought and did it against. And compare it to, say, Crawford. Who is also 2 time undisputed (almost 3 time undisputed.)

2025 isn't that far and I have my hopes.

Now it also depends on who decides to get the belt vacated by Lee and whether Robeisy/Venado unification occurs, but it seems that both Robeisy and Venado are willing to fight Inoue if/when he comes up so if it all goes well Inoue's first fight at feather is also about to be a some great stuff.
