Vitali had very good 4 rounds in the 2003 fight, but then Lewis' experience made him "see through" Vitali's rhythm. Lewis gathered his resolve and shook up Vitali pretty bad. That he did - more than the grisly cut - makes Lennox a champion, IMHO.

But Vitali has the same amount of ring experience now, and his physical fitness has not dimnished much. He is now in far better shape than Lennox was in 2003.

Measuring all the skills of prime Vitali vs. prime Lewis, I'd say:

Lewis wins 6-8 of 10 fights, usually in the later rounds (8-10). You cannot count on lucky cuts all the time.

They weren't 'lucky' cuts mate. They were the result of his hard jab that caught him throughout the fight.

Anyway, I would say it would usually end up a similar way or go through as a decision for Lewis. A much fitter, more prime Lewis would have boxed the big Klit much more. As it was he ended up in a brawl because he was so unfit, whereas if he was properly trained he would have boxed at a distance and whipped him over the course, or stopping him mid to late fight via TKO.

                  Seriously.. Whose alt are you?

Anyway, good that your dumbass is red. At least when other alts spam, they are entertaining. You keep spamming with subtle hate towards the Klits, not much fun, you are a ******.

Now to answer your question.. Vitali lost because he got cut. IF he wasn't cut, no way to tell how the fight would have went. Same would go for a fight in Lewis's prime. I think it would be entertaining but Lewis would win.
