Tim Bradley is correct, David Benavidez's foot work can use some perfecting. other than that Benavidez is a boxing monster in the ring.
I believe that David Benavidez will defeat Demetrius Andrade when they fight, quite possibly by stoppage.

somebody take Tim's mic away. Benavidez does square up but if you watch the film study you'll realize that he does it to invite punches from his opponent. Its all part of the game plan Timmy, like a pull and counter. I'm glad the fight is finally signed but i won't believe it till i see BooBoo in the ring, dude pull out game is strong asf. Benvidez is gonna steam roll this kid.

Andrade's only drawback is that he's not super active. He DID fight once this year but he always has a problem finding a dance partner. This is a colossal opportunity for Andrade against Benavidez. I'm glad David's taken the fight, but I think he's going to get hit tagged in triple digits in bold numbers with an exclamation point.

Benevidez is the live one here , Andrade has had his chances and in a sport where your'e avoided, thrown aside and injured you have to take them ....this is his last throw of the dice, I don't think he makes the final bell.

Good fight. I just don't see Andrade hurting Benavidez. He won't be able to handle the constant pressure. He better have some pop to keep Benavidez off of him.

The size, reach, punch output favos Benavidez. Dre will try to move and not fight in the inside, but Benavidez has that long jab to catch Andrade.

Tim may have a head the size of a small hot air balloon, but he understands boxing much deeper than the average punk behind the keyboard, or boxing fan, in general. When everyone was saying Errol was gonna murder Bud, look what Timmy Balloons was saying all along. I also stated what Bud was going to do to Errol. I'm also in agreement with Timmy B right now. As good as Benavidez is, if he squares up with Andrade, I see big problems. I see Andrade's counter punching ability being a problem. So i see David's workrate dropping, because of precise counterpunching. I see David possibly hitting the canvas. I can't see a stoppage, but I see a boxing lesson from a master. Now David can box too, but he can't play that game with Andrade. David is absolutely the monster, and I'm one of his biggest fans, I just see stylistic issues with Boo Boo. But i been saying for years, Boo Boo is stylistically a problem for damned near anybody. Now the fact that David is fighting him, tells me David may intend to reach a level we haven't seen yet. Because like Hot Air said, I feel he has to fix his footwork and also other issues like reaching, what he does after he punches, hand placement, head hunting, feints, using his jab properly, punch selection. Everything has to be super tight, fine tuned, and on point. Boo Boo isn't the average cat. He's not going to fade or fold late, like Plant. This isn't just a test for David. He'll be in the fight of his life

Yeah we heard that before Timmy. Plant is about as elusive as boo boo and even a more actively proven fighter and still Benavidez whooped him. Not saying Andrade cant pull off the perfomance of a lifetime but he'll definitely would need to make a perfect fight to win against someone like benny. Imo this is now or never for Boo boo to prove his real worth. This is it.

Andrade is a better fighter than benavidez but he will lose because of one reason only. Andrade will lose because he's never fought a true elite fighter. He doesn't have the experience and will not know what to do or how to handle any of the tough spots he gets into. Once he feels something new or gets into deep waters he will fold with doubt in his head and believe the monster hype. He's never been there and benavidez has.
