Haha coming from the waterboy who thought he was going to be a college athlete but couldn't even make JV that's hilarious.

You must be sad that Texas advanced and that NY didn't even make it so you were rooting for another state that still got spanked haha oh man.

Nelo put in 7 years as a pro
How many years makes a person prime ?
Weight was not an issue since May's best weight isn't even WW

It's good you didn't participate in the very brief GGG ''resume'' debate

22 is not prime no matter how you cut it. weight drained is not prime. Period.

he couldn't KO cotto back then

when Canelo was in his prime he KOed all super middleweight champs.

Now, see if Nelo's list can match GGG's

I assure you, as I do EVERY GGGroupie...
If the above list was Nelo's resume, you'd quit watching boxing.

GGG could have moved up, or down, but he didn't
He stayed where it was nice and safe and no one complained.
You're missing the point, but you know that, of course.

How does it look? The controversial and past their prime are not there, of course, only prime warriors. I left out bivol because, there's no point on rubbing such a complete embarrassing showing, he was hurt and didn't train properly, it was a debacle. No loses nor past their prime fighters on the list. By the way, it was a brief debate because I do other things beside exchanging opinions with my fellow boxing fans.

I only mentioned the ones with the best record. Have you seen some of the fighters after 15 fights? The first prime and real boxer he faced was on his 42nd fight, and the whole thing was rigged. You remember trout and the open score. You're missing the point, canelo could and still can choose who he fights, ggg couldn't.

                    OK, you've made some points
The difference between Nelo's questionable opponents, I guess, were they were not touted as some fantastic, record setting run.
                    But YOU knew this.
As you can see, absolutely no one is carrying Nelo on their shoulders for his climb up the ranks.
GGG's bums made him the fake HOFer he eventually will be.
Progression, buddy....not finding a safe place and staying there, yes ?

I couldn't care less about ggg, I never followed him, too many no-hopers, and only saw the first two fights with ginger, I thought he won the first one, clearly, and I was not upset with the second one because it was a toss-up. I have followed canelo since his fight with hatton, I didn't like the way the thing went down, so I never became a fan.
