Everyone has a million and one excuses as to why Beterbiev/Bivol shouldn't happen,

Beterbiev should've grown a pair of balls and demanded the fight OR Beterbiev should've left Arum like many other fighters have done. Because Bivol Is probably scared of Beterbiev and won’t fight him. Which leaves Beterbiev fighting the tier below. Buatsi would be a hard fight for Bivol

Why isn't Beterbiev even making Bivol offers? Once again, he's making LESS MONEY fighting the likes of Yarde, Joe Smith and Callum Smith.


Bivol is making MORE money fighting Ramirez and Canelo.

He was trying to make the Canelo rematch. Canelo only offered him the same $5 million he earned for the first fight, essentially pricing himself out. He also wouldn't put his titles at 168 on the line if Bivol agreed to come down. Beterbiev fight is not his fault. Hopefully he is active in 2024 with competitive fights.

Seems like he ducked the Beterbiev fight because "muh A side", "muh split" and then waited on another Canelo payday. Not capitalising on his best year in boxing was a mistake.

This is dumb. Not only was Bivol never offered a Beterbiev fight, Arum made it clear that it wasn’t a fight he was interested in making.
