Canelo rose to prominence fighting at 154. And in the most notable fight of his career he weighed in even lower than that against Floyd.

So fighting at 175 was a three division jump for him from those days.

The never ending marketing machine made people forget that Charlo was from 2 divisions lower and instead concentrate on his height as if the 6 ft 6 Sebatian Fundora would have done better.
