Canelo isn't a LHW and Bivol isn't a SMW.

Just KO Beterbiev and move up to Cruiserweight, dumb Bivol.

If Bivol says he wants to make 168 for Canelo's belts then he can.

Beyond that, Beterbiev is being listed as "Canadian" as he lives and fights in Canada and how Arum has paid off WBC.
