Meanwhile Beterbiev is an actual light heavyweight who has spent his entire career there and hasn’t made into the ring with Bivol even once yet. But no ducking talk or hate towards him. Double standards as I said.
Saul is very lucky to have such a devoted friend.

You don’t know if there would be another roadblock. You’re just choosing to assume whatever puts Canelo in the most negative light, instead of giving him the benefit of the doubt.

The benefit of the doubt that he would have rematched Bivol had Bivol just accepted the exact same contract as before, and waited for Saul to have two fights first before taking that immediate rematch?

Point is moot now. Let's just enjoy tonights mismatch.

It's crazy that Canelo had a rematch clause, was too scared of another schooling to exercise it, yet still has fans claiming he wanted the rematch.

Canelo is in decline and avoiding the toughest fights. Silly that people can see him blatantly duck Benavidez and Bivol to face an inactive guy coming up 2 divisions and still act as if Canelo is the one being avoided.

Better or not, Canelo at least went up to fight him. Bivol and Beterbiev don’t have the balls to fight each other.

Cant believe some mofos here still dare to call Bivol a 'cherrypick 'lmfao....imagine calling a top world champion at higher weightclass a cherrypick...just dumb!

As far as canelo, he lost to the better man that night undoubtedly doesnt matter if the injuries or moving up affected him...he lost that fight 8-4 but that eventually happens when you only fight champion after champion on top of having all that mileage and wear we are talking about 400+ pro rounds after all. The good thing is the cinnabon claims he still has 4-5 years more left in the tank (probably less than that tbh) so at some point it wont be easy to keep making 168 so I wouldn't disregard a bivol rematch in 2025.

The rematch was offered to Bivol this year after Ryder. There would be no waiting for two fights first.

Taking it would have been a better move that the nothing Bivol is currently doing.

                  Enjoy the fights tonight, man.

Shhh, don’t remind them of that. They don’t like it when their double standards get exposed.

Dudes get mad about Benavidez not getting made yet, but have a million excuses for Bivol/Beterbiev not getting made.

Canelo been at 168 since what, 2021? Bivol/Beterbiev been champs since 2017, but that one not getting made is ok. Same with Spence/Crawford, took 5 years to make, everyone was ok with that wait. F.cking hypocrites
