Mayweather vs Pacquiao Eyed For March 13, 2010?

Top Rank's Bob Arum told the Manila Bulletin on Monday that Manny Pacquiao's 2010 debut would fall in the second week of March. The working date of March 13 is being tossed around. Arum warned that Pacquiao, and everyone else, should not look past the November 14 clash with WBO welterweight champion Miguel Cotto. [details]

    ahhhhhhhh!

I see negotiations for this fight being nearly impossible.

Floyds numbers have been GREAT, especially when compared to the same opponents.. I don't see Floyd willing to take 50-50...

And I KNOW Arum will refuse a stitch less than 50-50.

    I can't see it happening.

If TRUE .... It would be the most disgusting display of greed in the history of the sport. A fight of this magnatude has the potential to do unheard of PPV numbers and to let it slip through because one or the other guy wants 60 to 40 is just plain crazy.

Split it all right down the middle or winner gets 60%, loser gets 40%.

        Make it happen.

40-40, winner get extra 20%. Pacquiao, Arum or Mayweather argue against that, that will only show weakness. I'm sure Arum isn't confident enough

Why is everybody including Cotto's promoter talking about a Mayweather/Pacman fight then telling us not to overlook Cotto??? Arum himself needs to refuse talking about it and concentrate on the Pac/cotto fight becoming a successful bout.

Because if the fight is a forgone conclusion why would anyone buy this fight??? People are intrigue by the Pac/Cotto fight because its a toss-up but if the winner is already determined by everyone why would anyone want to see the fight.

                  N.B-----Pac by KO..
