Comments Thread For: Jermell Charlo Slams Tim Tszyu: He's a Paper Champion! Who is Tim Ta-Zoo?

Absolutely. If he loses to Canelo that is a potential big money fight. Instead of propping the guy he makes it sound like he is nobody. There is nobody else at 154 and 160 is even worse.Comment

Charlo you asking who Tim is?
His your mandatory who you ducked and faked a hand injury and and held the division up, Tim kept busy while you and your brother where drunk on national tv. Concentrate on Canelo as you are going to need it besides Tim comes from good stock sunshine.Comment

I think that Tim will do well. It's a shame that he didn't get to fight Charlo. I'm sure that he's disappointed. Who wouldn't want the opportunity to pick up all four belts at once. He might be a " paper champion " today but I believe that Tszyu will prove his legitimacy.Comment

Damn, didn't think you would follow that lame ass narrative. Ducking Tim for Cinnabon? For legacy, for respect, for history, for more money, and a chance to finally fight that guy that ducked him at 154, and everyone says will destroy him? That's a Duck?
Y'all are really reaching for anything to bring this undisputed champion down. While Timmy's biggest accomplishment is beating a shopworn Harrison and getting knocked down by Gausha and going on to win. Yeah, he's really special, someone Jermell should be worried about and turn down Canelo for.Last edited by Rebelrbg; 09-28-2023, 11:05 AM.Comment

C'mon man, we discussed this yesterday, and you're still trying to create a negative that isn't there. What holds the most significance and is the far better option? Then, there's nothing to bring him down for. Timmy hasn't done shxt in the division yet, hell, he might even get knocked out by Mendoza.Comment

Benavidez or Andrade would be big money just because of the history of hatred for each other. Adames and Alimkhanuly, and even GGG at 160 would all be big fights, especially in comparison to Tszyu.

Not really, the WBO made the decision weeks after the Cinnabon and Charlo fight was already announced, but don't let the truth stop you from looking for something to bring him down about. Have at it.Comment

You can spin it any way you want, but he forfeited his belt. If he thought he was going to be able to keep it after deciding to move on from his mandatory, he was mistaken. They had already made an exception due to his injury. Not only did he move on from his mandatory, he is now fighting outside of his weight class. They were right to strip him. These are all facts. You don't even believe he will ever fight at 154 again. Why should he hold the division up? He moved on.Comment
