I mean are they going to make it $9.99 or something? Who in the hell is going to pay to watch this? Boxing is basically stand up comedy now.
This is barely worth an ESPN+ subscription. And it isn't worth $20 for a DAZN subscription. I mean I wouldn't even spend $9.99 on it, but I cannot see anyone willing to pay more than that for a frickin Haney fight.
I will be really amazed if they don't knock this down to basic DAZN subscription. Neither Progais or Haney is exciting, and not even close to a PPV.
If Haney could win these six fights, a long with his victory over Loma, we'd have a hard time choosing between Floyd and Haney. I don't know if this will happen, or if he could even win those fights. But with his world class jab, and defensive mindset, we could be seeing the next Floyd...
Don't kill me, Thread
Kill you? No! Potential stoning? Likely!
For the record, if the cook at Burger King beat Prograis, Teo, Crawford, Charlo and Canelo they would be better than Floyd.
Not sure how the sport is supposed to grow when everything is on PPV. Showtime has one foot out the door. DAZN is overpriced and resorting to PPV for non-blockbuster fights. Never mind PBC. This is the same reason I switched from URL to RBE.
