If two guys are weighing in the same. It goes without saying that the shorter guy is “stockier”. On one the mass is more stretched out, along his longer frame.

And I’m not sure shorter fighter’s have any noteworthy advantage. You just have to be better if you are shorter. If the longer guy is as well conditioned and skilled, he’ll win, easily. You’re going to need some super speed as a dwarf, or the tall guy has to give up his height/length in some way.
