Absolutely right! Canelo wants to fight wooden statues who will just stand in front of him to take Mexican treated PED beef body shots.

Charlo will win the fight if “the fix” by Haymon is not on the menu. You all hear that?

I would agree more with Spece, but not Tank.
He doesn't onstantly go forward and putting pressues, constant punching. You see he was back stepping vs Rolly and Pitbull Cruz.

They don't block with their face. They are not scared to receive one to land one. They believe their punch will cause greater damage than the one receive.

We'll see how those legs hold up after 5 or so rounds with the extra weight. This ain't 154.

This style is recognized even in England.

I knew you couldn't name any current boxers so had to go around the bush, chum.
Huh? Tank Davis is the poster child for the in fighting/pressure fighter. Lomachenko is also a pressure fighter/in fighter. The difference d eis theE two have mastered pressuring on the inside WITHOUT taking punches. There is NO STYLE in boxing that makes a fighter take punches like a two bob mug. But you keep up with your nationalist propaganda if it makes you feel like a man

Freddy Roach doesn't have a dog in the fight, he called Spence/Crawford and Fury/Wilder. Freddy sees something here that I don't but he has me questioning my opinion.

As I see it, and it's a long shot but.....if Charlo can stay calm, doesn't let the event drain him, and conserve his energy he has a chance. It's going to come down to the small things, when Canelo showboats or crouches down with his hands by his side moving his head in an attempt to frustrate Charlo into swinging wild. When Canelo inevitably goes into show boat mode Charlo needs to bring it back into the center like Bivol. When he crouches down Charlo needs to use his long range and keep poking just enough to keep Canelo in position doing nothing but showboating. Boxing Canelo all night will require Charlo to pace himself, stay cool, get Canelo's respect and box, not fight, not run, but box.

I could be wrong but I don't think Charlo has the temperament or discipline. I expect Charlo to engage, try to do too much and eventually get countered but that's just my opinion.

Where did I mentioned anything about being tough in any of the comments?

Im explaining what many people believe what Mexican Style is or our perception of it.

Many people enjoy punches in bunches. Many enjoy more of the sweet science. Everyone has their prefrence. Some people enjoy wars, some enjoy technicality.

I agree, the problem with Charlo is that he's packing 18 pounds so if he thinks that is not going to affect his speed, he might be in for a big surprise. And for argument sake, let's say he comes in light, that will affect the way he handles Canelo power, I guess we will find out...

I’m just trying to understand why it makes you feel tough to see rockem sockem! Hey I’m on your side amigo..I’m just trying to understand how Mike Tyson and Marvin Hagler’s style suddenly became “Mexican”…I just don’t get that nor do I get how this even came up under an article about Canelo who is a counter puncher. Make it make sense Amigo!
