If that jurisdiction claim is true, does that mean that BBBC overstepped its authority when it canceled the Eubank v Ben fight?
And wouldn't that give Benn and Eubank a legal ground to demand damages?

Eddy is helping a drug addict beat the system. Why? Algieri and Vaderheen should be suing Eddy and his hopped up freak.

They have the right to refuse to sanction a fight for a valid reason and a failed VADA rest is definitely a valid reason. But it looks like they only have the authority to punish fighters for failing UKAD tests, and Benn passed all his UKAD tests.

Sue a promoter because a boxer has been legally cleared to fight?

Another loophole to avoid being punished for failing VADA tests in the UK is to not have any VADA tests.

Gotta get sick of this British Board that always steps in when everything is all set up into place. Why they can't settle this matter in a short period of time is beyond incomprehensible.
