it safe and get the decision. That is the only reason why Pavlik didn't
get KO'd and I'm not making that up. Williams will not be that merciful
and has Good stamina and a great work rate. Pavlik is not a defense
wizard either like how people are saying about Williams so both are prone
to getting KO'd but the thing is that Williams is over all the better boxer
of the two and that will be the factor.

i don't see PW doing it with one punch, but he throws so many, i can definitley see him stunning pavlik, and then finishing him with a flurry. anybody who watches the sport knows, you don't need to be a 1 punch ko artist to get the job done, its the punch you don't see that always gets the job done.....ADVANTAGE Paul Williams.

Possibility of Pavlik losing=for sure.

a good chin and he is like 6 feet 2 inches at 160 LBs which to
me would seem to be a natural weight class for him because of
his size. There is a chance that he laughs at Pavlik when he
gets hit. People keep forgetting that Williams is a big guy
that punches in volumes.

I rewatched the Williams-Margarito fight last night, and man, Williams was eating right hands that whole night. Do you guys really think he'll be able to take Pavliks right hand come fight night? Pavlik is a much bigger and better version of Margarito, in which Margarito gave Williams ALOT of problems.

Imo the Quintana fight reveals the weaknesses of PW. Pavlik will win the fight if he is in good condition and better than in his last fight against Rubio. Paul Williams is a very good fighter, but I think Pavlik has the keys for victory. Good reach, the height, power and toughness and also the workrate. I dont think Williams can beat him with his regular style, because he is no Winky (the perfect style to beat for Williams).
Pavlik is tougher than he looks like and his power is underestimated a bit, because of his lost against the Philly-Master, even theire is no shame to lose against BHop.
It will be a great fight, and both fighters can win. But my fav. in this fight is Pavlik and I am sure he will win it by TKO.

Pavlik will KO Williams. Williams' career has been about overwhelming smaller fighters with his reach and punch output. His actual technique is mediocre at best... he gets away with those loopy hooks because his opponents normally can't reach him. Against Pavlik all that is out the window. If Williams doesn't change his style for this fight he won't last more than a few rounds.
The only unfortunate thing is that Pavlik haters will give him no credit, even though they are talking a big game about Williams now. Such is boxing.
