So here's what I see coming based on recent events...

Rolly ducks Barroso to get the Ryan fight. Barroso gets upgraded to full titlist. Ryan v Rolly gets announced, but Ryan pulls out because A) Rolly no longer has a belt and B) it's Ryan Garcia. Barroso gets the Ryan Garcia fight and gets to retire having made bank, possibly still as champion.

Wild card, maybe Tank decides to jump up to steal the Barroso fight from Ryan because he loves to cherry pick.
