Drugs or not... this is starting to sound like a witch hunt. Since when does the Board make statements about a fighter like this?

They know he's allowed to fight. He's not even banned by UKAD at the moment. Never forget that he was merrily passing UKAD's tests which either means that VADA tests had some other issue, or just that UKAD testing ain't worth ****.

Either version is embarrassing to UKAD and the Board, so why are they pushing this so hard?

Bbboc & ukad are not fit for purpose.
If this was the ufc there would be a set ban put into immediate effect upon the result of the B-sample.
Fighter's shouldn't be allowed to lawyer up dragging cases on especially when theyve popped twice.
Promoter's & they're companies who continue to promote guilty cheats should also receive a 2 year ban.

      Fcuking filth.

        **** Robert Smith.

He has had 18 months to ban Benn and hasn't been able to make it stick.

The NADP ruled that UKAD and the BBBoC have no evidence that Benn cheated while Benn provided the NADP information to convince them that he didn't cheat.

The NADP (and WBC by the way) agreed with Benn. That's two independant authorities who decided Benn was clean.

Robert Smith needs to stop this witch hunt and get his house in order by stopping leaks and loopholes within his organisation.

Texas, Florida, ABC all asked the BBBoC whether Benn was banned. They said no.

End of story, let the guy get on with his career.
