Wait. So Shakur turned down Devins 25% only to offer Frank 25% and then talk as if he's some sort of cash cow or huge draw? Who does he think he is? Shakur wants the smoke with everybody but this is business. What reason does PBC have to throw a top prospect in with a shark that's not even with the company? Seems like that only happens if the fight is big enough or they don't care about a potential loss..
