They say you are like the five people you spend most time with. Jermell obviously decided he needed to radically distance himself from Jermall's family and friends to the point that he is not brotherly anymore. Normally twins are very very tight.

How many kids does Jermall have?

Jermell is saying that Jermall is not taking the actions to improve whatever is debilitating him - he seems to be saying that the people around him including his wife are stopping him. How much chance is there of Jermall ditching those people? Might be a loving wife saying she doesn't want him in any wars anymore.

Jermell is hinting that if Jermall continues with this lifestyle he will run out of money. Why didn't he take the Canelo fight then for one last huge multi-million payday?
