what a dumbass comment how can someone who has been knocked the fck out cold and put to the floor multiple times a better fighter than a guy who literally has had a glove brush the canvas and claim he’s a better fighter that’s fanboy bs floyd had the skills but he had supreme conditioning and a near cast iron jaw not to mention he was a total gym rat and lived a clean lifestyle while pac was drinking and vanishing from working in the gym for months on end floyd was a pure bred fighter

just be honest and say you found pacs style more entertaining because you knew he would go for it and if he didn’t knock the other guy out he was getting flattened himself and you don’t like the fact floyd took calculated risks and exploited other fighters weaknesses to ensure victory

never in my life heard anyone claim a guy who’s had the **** beat out of him is a better fighter than a guy who has never lost lol jesus christ

pac lost to floyd he couldn’t outbox him and he couldn’t out fight him either case closed

whatever helps you sleep at night
Sorry but Mayweather's undefeated record is absolutely MEANINGLESS given that he was the Vegas cash cow and Haymon's no.1 protected fighter. Otherwise, he would definitely have a few LOSSES on his record too as there's no doubt he received a number of favourable scorecards throughout his career just like the 'new' cash cow Canelo did against him, Golovkin (twice) and even during the Bivol loss (115-113 on all 3 cards). Regardless, Pacquiao is a few inches shorter than Floyd and started his career in a division 18lbs lower yet has conquered 3 more weight classes so losing a few fights along the way is no big deal.

Also, Mayweather's victory over Pacquiao is tainted by the fact that at least one of the judges filled in the scorecard before the fight (118-110) plus he waited until Manny was 36yo and had already been knocked out instead of facing him in his prime. Ditto for 38yo Mosley who almost put Mayweather to sleep when they finally fought plus 34yo DLH who narrowly lost via SD but many felt actually won the fight including Floyd's own FATHER. Therefore, the bigger question is, why did Floyd wait until these fighters were at the end of their career instead of facing them in their prime when they would've been far more dangerous?

Floyd is a phenomenal fighter and has the best defense AND technique I've ever seen in a boxing ring. However, there's NO doubt that he used a combination of cherry-picking and his connections to boxing's biggest businessmen to retire with an undefeated record (just like how corrupt dictator's manage to stay in power for decades).

No, it don't work like that. Floyd best a former light flyweight in his 70th fight. Pa c has got a handful or so more wins better than Floyd's win over pac

People don't take floyd seriously as he didn't give pac chance to beat him in rematch. Like Liam Smith have Eubank. The only reason floyd is even mentioned in same breath as pac is cos of his win on paper over pac. Without that win, it's a case of bye bye floyd. Pac even with a loss to floyd, most serious, rational and logical thinkers would have many reasons for Floyd being below pac.
          That's the difference between them

I speak for 99.999% of boxing fans

Floyd is greater at being the best boxer

manny was greater at being 2nd

in fact being tied to Floyd’s coattails is what made manny into a megastar

                - - Manny was fighting PPV years before Arum put l'l floydy runner/stinker on PPV.

Manny salvaged the Oscar rematch after l'l floydy had a well published mental breakdown over, and unlike the floydy controversial split decision over Oscar first fight that his CrackDaddy say Manny won, Manny dominated Oscar before KOing him

Agreed, l'l floydy 100% candied sissyboy...
