I know there's always a willing one, but not the upper echelon, it is always a no hoper. He will be in the same boat that he's now, who he has fought and why he is not fighting someone better?

Bivol, BJS , Callum smith and even Ryder would give the cuban a proper fight.

You’re right, top guys won’t fight him, but Morrell can and should take stay busy fights. He has to stay sharp, honing his skills and padding his record along the way. At some point they won’t be able to avoid him anymore. Right now they can rightfully say that he’s only got nine fights. If David was 25-0, it would be a different story.

Pretty sure bivol will be a good fight, bj and smith not so much, ryder has his chance and ran away, he was supposed face him after DMJ fought caceres with the promised of been ranked #1 by the WBA, next in line to face ginger. Mr hearns took him out of Minnesota on the first flight to UK, his reason was that ryder was moving up to LHW and fight bivol for the belt, there you have it for a proper fight.

I know what you're saying, but wouldn't make any difference. The narrative would be, who he has fought? If he can get a name in the ring and win, that would make the difference.

The ginger was 21 or 22 years old and he offered 150, remember, the same weight he fought Hatton for the 154 belt, fraud agreed two pounds more, the same he weighted for the Hatton fight. And why he would want benavidez weight drained? They both fight on the same division, he's not fighting kovalev nor bivol. So, why weight drain benavidez?

I know he shouldn't weight drain Benavidez, my point was Gayweather ony accepted the Canelo fight on the condition that he was weight drained.

Bottom line, Morrell is 25 or 26 years old, with only nine fights. Canelo at 26 was getting ready to fight GGG. Morrell should shut the f.uck up, know his place and worry about himself. A 26 year old nine fight bum's opinion means sh.it.
