Why isn't Stanionis fighting?

I get the Ortiz fight wasting his time but what is actually going on with this guy?

I don't get why he hasn't another fight lined up, even a tune up would be acceptable.

He hasn't fought in 17 months.

I hope he hasn't lost motivation or anything.
Its been 6 months already since that fight fell through and still nothing.

Doesn't have the right promoter, or connects to the belt organization.

It's his job to fight not make the fights

It'd be cool if they made Boots vs Stanionis next. Thats the fight to make for the future of 147 with Bud & Errol possibly both having had their last WW fight.

Assuming he's in that PBC limbo when they haven't announced a bunch of dates, which is always a sh^tty wait. I wish they would announce things as they come together instead of sitting on fights to announce together.
