Its crazy how heavily favored Pac is, in reality Cotto could be down on all cards half way through land something solid and end it. No way Pac can handle his power and tek his poonches, I am not sure I can say the opposite.

Well it's because Cotto barely got fucking past Clottey, and the fact he somehow 'earned' or 'deserves' a shot at pac to me is just hilarious, him barely beating clottey just shows his chance against pac, i'm gonna say this over, and over, and fucking over... Pacquiao wins this by BRUTAL KO or STOPPAGE.

cottos been losing steem, his batttles have taking a toll on him, while pacquiao is fresh from two easy fights and should adjust to the weight better than in his two previous fights.
Manny will win easy than go on to fight a fresh Mayweather.

          pacmans last 3 fights
          david diaz at 135
          oscar at 147
          hatton at 140......

          ok not bad

          cottos last 3 fights
          margo-147
          jennings-147
          clottey-147

solid fighters at 147..2 of which were title holders..

so why is cotto so overlooked???dont get me wrong pacman is one hell of a fighter but cotto aint no pushover not at all.......
I am not sure why people think pac even has a chance against cotto. dont get me wrong the best part about boxing is the unexpected.

pac is smaller than cotto. so already that eliminates one attribute that two fighters margarito, clottey, have in common that gave cotto problems.

Another attribute that has worked against cotto is pressure but pac is not a pressure fighter, he fights in spurts, so that gives cotto breathing room. it would be a suicide mission if pac were to try to apply non stop pressure on cotto anyways.

margarito wore cotto down because of the non stop pressure he imposed and both shane and clottey would have had more success if they would have done the same.

The last thing working against pac is that cotto has the higher boxing i.q. between the two. cotto is the more skilled and can fight going backwards.

The shots that cotto has taken in his fights with judah, shane, margo, and clottey have all shown me he can take solid punches from good punchers at WELTERWEIGHT

the only thing pac has going for himself in this fight is his speed but pacs speed can be neutralized (Marquez fights, Morales first fight)

so i just dont see how pac will win this fight

more power to him if he does win

Yeah because Clottey is trash right? Clottey could beat the hatton and dlh PAC beat just as easily, hes no chump. More questions in this fight linger above PACs head than cottos, Will he be able to handle the speed power and size of a Elite WW? Im not saying PAC cant brutally beat Cotto or KO him, but those chances are not as likely as you guys make it seem. I can see Cotto beating down PAC before I see that.

why because pac would have beaten clottey?

              based on what?

pac has yet to beat anyone ranked in the top ten at welter. so what body of work has pac done at welter to demonstrate that he can win by brutal ko or tko over cotto?

cotto wins this fight by tko and I have a gut feeling roach will stop the fight.

roach has got to much love for pac to let him take a beating.

Cos Pacquiao is damn good! Also you'll find a pretty sizable divide in opinion about how big a factor weight plays in the fight.

I don't think cotto is being overlooked and downplayed in his nov 14 fight against pacquiao. If you think Cotto is being overlooked and downplayed by Manny's team then you are wrong. Freddy is even pressuring Manny to be 100% focus on Nov. 14 fight. Im still giving this fight a 50-50 chance of winning for Manny. But ofcourse i will be rooting for Manny since im a pacquiao fan. lolz..
