WBO is a far cry from the WBA. Not the same thing. I'm not the biggest Lopez fan, but he earned this distinction. It's a title conferring privileges, but I don't recall the WBO having separate world and super champions. Their version is by far the most respectable of "super champion". These days, the WBO and IBF look way more legitimate than the C and A because they actually enforce their rules.

Imo , there is no way Lopez handles or comes close to beating Bud

They might not, but still an interesting fight that Lopez has nothing to lose. Plus he is well known and can possibly make for a PPV Crawford vs Lopez. If Haney vs Regis is PPV, this would definitely qualify for one. Lopez has the accolades and fallowing to make it a PPV.

Im pretty sure he doesn't mind a getting a cut and get Lopez a good fight. Bob was never the problem otherwise Crawford vs Porter would have never happend.
