Haney jab has been almost a non factor against the last two southpaws he has fought, I don't see Regis have any issues getting past it.

That is a VERY interesting comment, Silver Miles, for, IMO, if Haney can't work behind his jab he won't win. He isn't exactly likely to deluge Regis with combinations, nor does he have a scary concussive power punch, or, if he does, he's kept it well hidden up to now. Haney should be able to adapt to Regis's stance & keep his jab pumping, but I hear what you say. Odds are going to be interesting.

Would be great to have the fight in Frisco because gives me a chance to go back after a few years but it would be financial suicide. The bay don’t care about boxing, Ward couldn’t even sell out Oakland.

      that said, War Prograis!

Good fight , I think Prograis can give Haney problems and will be highly motivated after not looking great last time out .Haney via UD though ..

Genuinely curious here, I'm from England. I had understood Frisco was a white, *******, upper-middle-class, kinda town, so not ideal for staging fights, but that Oakland, just across the bay, was more working class, less white, more gritty, mainstream. Can you really not sell fights in Oakland?

San Francisco is a dump. Andre Ward sold out plenty of fights in Oakland and that area in general.

I'll tell ya, SF is a dump. I wouldn't go anywhere near that place. Better to work out a good tv deal or go somewhere else.

The person who can best answer the question would be Andre “SOG” Ward

I like the contrast of styles in this fight. Regis the puncher, Devin the boxer. I'm still sceptical about the fight actually being made. If it comes across the line I'll be surprised.
