Would Haymon/PBC even consider making the Canelo vs Crawford fight or would rather offer Canelo's
remaining fights to his more loyal fighters like Benavidez and Charlo2?
I'd bet it'd depend on Bud aligning himself officially with PBC beyond the Errol rematch. And from the interviews I've heard from Bud recently I don't think thats out of the realm of possibilities. Bud has even backed off of his guarantees stuff that he was hardcore about before the Blk Prime fight. I think he's gotten into the business end of things after leaving TR & has been brought up to speed a lot with how things work at PBC since the Blk Prime fight specifically. That back end money is where its at.

And as a big David B fan idk that loyalty to PBC is even getting him the Canelo fight cuz I was assuming he was on the short list when this PBC Canelo thing was getting rumored about but that doesn't appear to be the case at all thus far & he might be the odd man out despite being the #1 PBC guy at Canelo's weight.

And I still think Boots was/is the best guy at 147. I think if Boots had fought the Errol Bud fought its Boots KO3 not no prolonged fight. Boots vs Bud probably not an ez win for either & certainly not a for sure W for Bud.

Sheeeeet idek if Mell is a for sure W, but I'd favor Bud ig there I think.
      Who has boots fought?

After his rematch with Spence I don't envision him to be offered any more fight. Jermell will take a long vacation after his fight with Canelo win or lose.

Obviously no one ppl know cuz he's all risk no reward still for the big names. He's still the most talented guy I see at 147 & I think he'd have melted Errol quicker than Bud did. Boots gots Thurman talking about fighting Shields over him right now lol. Thats how lil ppl wanna get blasted out by Boots. Thurman would rather cashout in some modern day battle of the sexes than fight a top guy at his weight.

So he passes the eye test like most prospects yet hasn't fought anyone after 31 fights?
Nobody is scared of Boots he just has no leverage.

He definitely doesn't have leverage. Idk that ppl are "scared" but I don't see many rushing to fight him ranked above or near him which says a lot like it always does when a guy is avoided. Plenty of guys have been in Boots position in the past (GGG, Lara, Errol, etc & so on) & will be in the future cuz of how boxing operates so it is what it is.

That said he's still the most talented guy I see at 147 regardless of who won't or doesn't have to fight him yet.
