DAZN took a big hit financially Canelo left it's promotion, I don't think that it's recovered yet from that fiasco, but I could be wrong.
It appears to me that DAZN is going to force this fight to come about, because Oscar, and Eddie basically work for DAZN.
DAZN need's to put on this big money maker of a fight as soon as possible, before one of them or both of them lose to somebody else.

Berlanga is about 50% or what he could become, as far as skills and conditioning, because he probably lives like a fighter 50% or the time, if that. Boxing is a pretty honest sport. The way you live and train outside the ring, is about the same way you'll fight inside the ring

That sounds about right to me, because although isn't making headlines for the wrong reasons, something has happened to his KO focus.
It's more than just an upgrade in his opponents skill level, he seems a bit distracted in the ring, he should've knocked out Nicholson, Coceres, and Quigley.
He had them all on the brink of being knocked out, or at least TKO'd, but he didn't force the issue to the extent of getting the job done.

I'd like to see this fight get made just to see Berlanga's reaction how it is to be in a real fight. He's been behaving like he's already a star. Beating Munguia might be a step closer. But I doubt he even can catch up with Jaime's workrate. Merely posing like you're modeling your trunk would be a disaster.
