Id rather see usyk v others too. Right now I'd not like to see it but if ddd gets a few more wins under belt then.maybe. It was a low blow because ref said it was. People might not agree but ref has final word. Just like if ref stops fight, the fighter who's stopped and his cornermen might not agree, but it's refs job.

Well you can clearly see his belly button. Oh wait, you can't. You can only guess, right? If you want to pretend it was legal, be my guest. It would have been helpful to hear the fighters instructions as to what the referee considered low.

First of all borderline in this situation isn't "this or that" borderline punches are consider legal.

That being said it's only posters that are claiming borderline can be called low.

From actual experts it's much more close for debate. Which even though I favour the words of breadman Edwards. Russ anber claims touching the shorts at all is low.

Enough to over turn is a no.

Rematch id say go for it. The ref didn't like usyk carry on when he asked after 2 minutes and made him take the full 5.

That shows the ref was looking out for one boxer over the other. I doubt he's have done the same for Dubois. Rematch I'm positive uysk wins.

But I feel a rematch or a more favourable ranking for Dubois could come out of it.

Remember lots of experts did feel it was legal.

Then again lots of experts said illegal.

The bottom line is that it was the refs decision and whether or not it was low is moot one he makes tje determination that it was illegal. . It is no different than when a ref determines a fighter has had enough punishment and stops a fight. . This protest will not go anywhere, Dubois got his ass beat. . End of story

Well in this case, it looks like the sanctioning body will have the final word.

I didn't realize Frank Warren had so many boxingscene accounts.

You’d have a better argument for a rematch had you not quit with four rounds remaining.
