In what universe is carrying a gun in any airport in the world legal without a permit? BoMack may be up for boxing trainer of the year, but he'll also be up for dumb ass air traveler of the year.

Not sure why anyone believes a set up story like he's some known figure to the masses. Most people except regualr boxing fans won't have a clue who he is in the UK. Conspiracy theories that he was set up are just dumb af.

Your 2nd part could be right but, Could he forgot he had it, but in that case if he did fly private incoming and there was not a tsa check in his checked in (hold luggage) suitcase in the US. Then surely all the days he has been in Manchester he would have seen it in his suitcase? And then still repacked it? What are the chances he forgot he left it in his suitcase coming from US AND then didn't see it in suitcase whilst here either? Maybe he did realise sh** its in the suitcase when he got to the UK, and thought just repack it, thinking it would just go through checked luggage departing without a check like coming here

I don't know him, but judging a book by it's cover, he seems to be one of these guys that's real disorganized.

LoL! I know Americans who regularly get pick-pocketed in the UK. But taking a gun on a flight .... that is very bad choice and serious business, even here in gun-crazy USA. The FBI will be in your life heavy for 30 years. You will lose a lot of rights and probably do some serious jail time. It's definitely not worth it.

if the gun ain't registered, his lawyer has gotta be telling him he didn't put it in his luggage. gotta go at this from the angle that someone was trying to get him busted

now, if that gun is registered in his name in the US? that means he left the US with a firearm, entered a non gun country, and then attempted to leave, he's ****ed if that's his gun. let's hope for his sake that it's not his.

I like Bomac, but I gotta assume a man of his size gets explosive diarrhoea fairly often whether he has a gun or not.
