who said he's popular? Why is Pac/Cotto selling so poorly when Pac/Hatton and everyone else Pac fights sells good? Maybe Cotto isn't as popular as some nuthuggers on this site would have you believe.

I don't think he's a hater. He said those were ridiculous comments. Cotto is popular because he comes to fight and fights everyone. The people you mentioned have an agenda to discredit Cotto to make look good their favorite fighter.

OHHHHH....I forgot to add, Pac/Cotto selling so poorly (because a poster said so..lol)
The links the poster provided had seats for the fight for over $400 in the last row.

And Cotto is not popular.

Pac-Cotto is almost sold out idiot. Check the ticketmaster website. The only people saying the fight is not selling are the Mayweather fans to make it seem that Mayweather is the only fighter that sells which is ******. A week before the fight you could find $300 seats directly from tickectmaster for Mayweather-Marquez, for Pac-Cotto they sold out on the first day of sale.

Look at Miguel Cotto's list of fighters he's fought. Aside from Manny Pacquiao (pending) and Antonio Margarito (defeat) he's won all of those bouts. That as good a resume as you'll come across in and around his division right about now. It's easy to see why Cotto is liked when he fights the best and always comes to fight.
