No announcement yet.
Chris Eubank Jr. just showed you WHY rematches are viable, even after a knockout loss.

When Eubank was knocked out by Smith - knocked loopy - did you or did not feel the rematch would be the same outcome?
If you felt it would be the same, YOU WERE PROVEN WRONG.
The bottom line is, you should feel that Spence has a chance to win the rematch, just like Eubank did, for the same reason: if a guy doesn't show up in the first fight, he doesn't. If he shows up in the second, it's possibly a different outcome, and you should acknowledge that what you saw in the first fight was most likely a 50% Spence, not a 200% Crawford.

They said Ruiz would flatten AJ again. That Povetkin would knock Whyte out again. Smith would level Eubank. And that there's no way Joyce can win against Zhang.
These were all fights where the favourite lost. I don't understand how the favourite suddenly goes to 'no chance' in a rematch. Boxing doesn't work that way.
And that's why Joyce isn't a massive outsider. But I still think he's a good value bet... you're basically getting improved odds on the basis of a one off injury.
It shows they don’t actually or haven’t watched boxing a very long time . That’s a bad look because this forum is notorious for jumping on the most recent winners side ,you’d think they learned from the Ruiz vs Joshua fight where about 90% of this forum said he had no chance ,I gave them a pass on that one but it’s 2023 now and they are still doing it . Lol
If Zhang somehow repeats it still wouldn’t change the stats of rematches ending differently because they do more then not .

You said that Smith was simply the better fighter.
You said the rematch was pointless.
AFTER this, you now recognize how being weight drained completely changes the fight (not to mention Chris trying to be Roy Jones).
Do you understand now, NSB? Do you?
Don't ever compare them euro bums to p4p
Bud lives the life of a clean fighter. Eubank and Liam don't. so they always have up and down performances. Bud doesnt.
Bud is wrestling, hiking, swimming, hooping, ping ponging on his social media. Always working his body and mind. He's p4p for real.
Errol deserves a rematch just for being man enough to make the first fight. But he has a uphill battle. Way bigger than Eubank had for Liam f**king smith
