I have to eat my words respect to Eubank Jnr he got the job done but calling out two welterweights damn bows the time to chase the elite. Ah well he did what he had to do well played.

Ironically this fight went exactly how I thought the first fight would go!

I don’t think Smith expected Eubank to change anything but he boxed very patiently for four rounds and Smith had no answer. I didn’t see one trademark body shot up close in the early stages. It was almost like his game plan was wait for rounds because he hoped Eubank was drained

listening to Steve Bunce’s preview podcast of the fight earlier this week he referenced Smith having an injury in camp in July, and whether he’d really recovered being a factor. Think the fight was postponed from an original July date too.

On the other side of the coin, if you go ahead with the fight then you can’t complain of injury, if you’re too injured to fight, then don’t…

People overuse the term 'mental health issues'. That's a sissified way of saying life problems. We all have some anger. The guy smiling the most is probably the quickest to purge....

Roy Jones was right maybe? Eubank was weight drained from the Connor Benn fight, which reduces your punch resistance.

Errol Spence found that out too, and was ****** for draining down like that.

Smith walks around outside the ring, at a higher weight than Eubank Junior 'There is definitive evidence for this'.

I think the 42 pounds in weight gain, and having to drop 42 pounds 'Exposed what I have been saying for a very long time, Liam Smith has throughout his entire career been a massive weight drainer'.

Smith during the build up to his fight vs Anthony Fowler 'Stated that he would have to drop more weight than Fowler to make the 154 pound limit. Smith made this statement, so Fowler could not use making the weight as a excuse'.

Chris Eubank Junior outside the ring does not walk around at 190 pounds 'That is a fact'.

Even if Smith could not train due to recovering from a injury, well? Then you alter your diet to not gain 42 pounds '42 pounds, surely a nutritionist from his team could of helped him maintain a sensible weight well recovering from his injury'.

Smith look and sounded extremely game coming into this fight, WAY more than the first fight 'That was clear to see'. So in all honesty, I think it was only when the fight started and Eubank Junior was sticking to his game plan 'Did Smith realize, that this was really the Eubank Junior he should of fought in the first fight'.

Note: Nobody is claiming that Eubank Junior is a super World level fighter, but he is a solid fighter in his own right. Eubank Junior has had a good career, and has achieved some top level wins 'And contrary to what people say, he has fought at a good level' etc.

He beat a journeyman he should have beaten the first time. I wish he'd stop calling for 78 year old GGG. Why not go after Adames of Kazakh Style?

Eubank Jr. is a world level fighter who refuses to fight other world level fighters. Beating up an aging blown-up jr. middleweight and then calling for a retired 78 year old and two welterweights is not impressive. Carlos Adames is available. Kazakh Style is available.

Damn! That was incredible. Congratulations to Eubank on his victory. His performance impressed the Hell out of me. I never expected that to happen. I thought Liam Smith would mop the floor with him but I was wrong. In any case, I tip my hat to Chris on an amazing TKO win.
