Floyd wouldn't even get in the ring with Winky or Vernon let alone Cotto.
Lets see, he had life and death with a washed up fatty in Fernando Vargas. Are you serious?? Not a prime Vargas, a washed up Vargas
He lost his 2nd fight to De La Hoya while he was on steroids.. Thats pathetic.. And everyone knows he really lost that fight.. He made it closer because he came on late but why did he do that?? hmmm was it the steroids he injected in his butt cheeks before the bout??
He was losing and getting outboxed by a washed up Ricardo Mayorga.. Who is a brawler by the way, and he scored a lucky last second ko to get a victory.
He wanted no part of FLoyd from 2000 to 2006.. In an interview, he said he had a tooth ache, and wants to go spend time with his family.. GTFOH

Stop talking about the past? Why won't Floyd fight him? Cause he has 5 losses? Well Marquez had 4 losses prior to their meeting.
Does anyone on this forum really think Floyd would have fought Cotto, Winky or Vernon?

Iceta, you are coming off as a biased person by trying to justify all of the ducking that Shane has done over the years. Everyone ducks fights for various reasons...money usually being the main one. Everyone's favorite fighter has ducked someone because the risk/reward wasn't in their favor. I'll concede that in 1999 when Mayweather called out Shane, it made some sense to avoid him. But in 2006, the timing was perfect. Shane was coming off of two dominant performances and his name was relevant. It still could have lead to a PBF vs DLH match regardless of the outcome as well, which would have still been a huge ppv draw. It would have netted Shane a lot more money than he made against who he ended up fighting instead, Collazo. Shane is going to make less money against Berto than he would have if he had agreed to fight Paul Williams even though Berto has a belt right now. So if the money is there for the fight, why avoid it? I'm pretty sure the majority of people know why you would avoid a fight that is going to pay you a hell of a lot more....I like Shane, but he rubbed me the wrong way by going Kanye on the 19th....

The reason why May is not giving Mosley the time of day is simple.
Mayweather wont get credit for beating up an Mosley. There will be excuses.
May can make more money fighting the winner of Cotto/PAc.
May is giving Mosley the run around because Mosley DUCKED May in the past. Payback is a *****.
