You beat me to it. I noticed Efe threw a few of them also. I also thought he was retaliating and figured the ref would give them both a talking to instead of ending the fight. I didnt hear the announcers bring up anything except how he lost his mind. He only lost his mind because he made it too obvious.

Forgiven. He only hurt himself. He might have taken Ajagba.

        Sorry...the article is disingenuous.
The only pressure Adjagba applied was on Kossobutskiy's testicles.
In Round 1 alone, he hit him 5 times and ref was ignoring it.

Ajagba seeing he is getting away with, just kept doing the same thing.

Kossobutskiy lost his **** and the rest is history.
This could have been a very interesting fight if ref did his job and reprimanded Ajagba.

Kossobutskiy was wrong and he admitted it.

There is no reason for anybody to give him any more opportunities.

You know your on boxing scene when you get enough posters blaming the guy who’s actually not initiating the low blows while the other guy is not really getting warned himself , it was a complete Ajagba pro fight from the commentators to the referee . This was never going to be a fair fight from the opening bell it was Kossobutskiy vs Ajagba and the referee. Ajagba hit him low so much he had to at least get warned once while Kossobutskiy not allowed to retialite .

Looked to me like Efe intentionally wanted to draw fouls on himself and check out before any fight broke out so he went low every opportunity he got .

Two observers here see that the ref should have handled the fight better and taken control to bring it back on track. I'm a 3rd one.
Kossobutskiy is not a throwaway opponent and is a bright prospect. I was looking forward to this fight quite a lot.
Ajagba's brand has stalled since the Sanchez loss, and this event did not assist his progress one bit.
