juanma was impressive against penalosa???..lol..what did you expect,he'll little, and people don't bring up how he ko'd gonzalez, gonzalez was kicking his ass, gonzalez couldn't make weight anymore, thats why he moved up,sorry, but juanmaricon beating a little guy like penalosa hardly impresses me,look at his opponents records,i believe they have a combined 100 defeats between them, lol,,,

Gamboa is a natural boxer, he needs just a lil more experience 2 b able 2 hang wit da big guns. Now if he wants 2 jump right away and get KTFO and screw his carrer like Vargas, Reid and some others did, go 4 Chris and Juanma then......

out off your asss. Juanma has 26 wins and 24 by way of Knock out. Juanma got the championship belt via 1st round KO. Gamboa only has 15 wins and hasn't fought any true champions. Shows how much you know about boxing. Just got schooled Son!!!! :
Gamboa has a very very very long amateur record , i think it extends way over 100 fights!!!!! he is the more experienced guy , won a gold medal last Olympics , he might be a lil shorter but is much quicker and i think has equal power , but just his speeds add much to his power , that's why i think hes stronger , but he swings wildly at times , and is true that he is very careless , i heard he got wasted and crashed a new Benz , i don't know how true that might be , i do live in Miami where he resides , but if that's true is not a good start to his professional career , this guy can accomplish a lot , i think his body type will hurt him when trying to move up in weight. I think his fighting style will have to change if he wants any chance against Lopez , Lopez is very patient , very skilled , very smart , and even though we haven't seen him going 12 , he is very fit. he is very strict when it comes to training , a lot of discipline. that might give him the edge in the fight. He will fight Caballero before Gamboa.

I have been a fan of Gamboa literally since his second fight. This is the first fight I really don'tknow if he will win. Juanma is as beastly as they come. Damn...........this should be a fight that does numbers but since they are smaller they won't get the recognition they seriously deserve.

it would be a pretty danm close fight Gamboa has all the physical advantages but Lopez is the smarter fighter. I think if it goes past 7 Lopez wins by late KO or decision but Gamboa has a great chance to end it early.
