Well I'm glad you replied in a sopistocated manar, unlike many on these forums. I give Paul a nice chance to win also, I'm not a deluded groupie, I'm a realist, and I also agree Pavlik just might not be there mentally. I don't think the alcohol has much to do with it seeing as how he's coming from Youngstown, it'd be a surprise if Pavlik hasn't been drinking since his early teens. It'd be great to see Paul win in a much bigger division, but the aftermath to me if Paul loses would be great for Paul, because he might shoot back down to WW (if he can) and maybe land a few more bigger fights then get a chance at Floyd, whereas if Kelly wins, he could get comfortable at a higher weight or build his confidence to fight more often against better opposition after beating Williams. On one part, I think things will play out better if Pavlik wins because, hey, he might go back up to 169 and he could fight any of those Super-Sixers, that would be great, while Williams goes down in weight, like mentioned before. Kelly is a great guy, he really doesn't mean no one harm, and he's humble, it's just that jackass Leow that completely has tarnished his name and image. It's also his promoter who was the one that ruined the Abraham fight, if you remember, about 5 months back, there was an article on here where Kelly was releasing his frusteration toward his management screwing up his fights and it being reason why he's been so innactive. Kelly is very basic, but that's whats great about him. Having such limited tools at his disposal and doing big things with what little he has is an admiral trait.
Trainer: "PAVLIK will be the easiest fight for Paul WILLIAMS"

Williams moves his head and slips out the way of punches. Not obsessively, but it's part of his rhythm. Pavlik stands straight up like a totem pole, and will be there for Paul to rip into all night. Paul will jab his way in and destroy Kelly with mid-range combos all night long.Comment

Yes, I could live my life without Jack Loew.
In what round does JL start telling Kelly to throw the double jab?Comment

Williams has good skills, but he doesn't have Hopkins' skills or size. He has great stamina and punches from all angles, but he attacks to do this. He'll more than likely have to exchange with Pavlik. I think Williams can win this, but it won't be easy as his trainer puts it.Comment

Did you see the video where Arum was talking about the "skinhead" culture of MMA, and he said that Kelly would be welcome there. He inadvertently threw KP under the bus. Not that I think KP buys into that skinhead stuff, but his corner is all shaved head/affliction shirted/ roided guys.

The more I think about it the more I am leaning towards the probability of PWill getting stopped against Pavlik. Paul will be easy to hit because he is a volume puncher and needs to be right in front of Pavlik to be effective, this is where Pavlik wants Williams. Hopkins upset any gameplan Pav had with lateral movement, not a game plan I think Williams has the skill to employ. Williams will be hit too frequently of the course of the fight and I think it will take its toll and he will be ko'd.Comment
