            No it means that a fighter that gets dropped loses two points, I think the idea is that judges were potentially doing 9-9 or 10-10 if they think the guy that got dropped came back.

                                That was absolutely pathetic, Lewis was literally dead on his feet for the last 4 or 5 rounds and somehow Milton could not finish him. I'm baffled and speechless that this went the distance
