Ennis & Stanionis should fight because both should be mandatory challengers for titles at 147 but the titles could be held up if Spence & Crawford rematch. The situation at welterweight is messy due to having four titles allowing fighters to manoeuvre themselves into certain positions without fighting dangerous opposition.
